Ridge Agreement

The Client acknowledges that the Analyst obtains information from a wide variety of publicly available sources. The opinion/recommendation/report given by the Analyst will be based upon the professional judgment of the Analyst and the Analyst guarantees the results of any opinion/recommendation/report or any level of return. Moreover, the Analyst does not guarantee 100% accuracy of any data or analysis offered. The Analyst shall not be liable and held harmless by the Client for any act or failure to act.

Intellectual Property, Copyright & No Retransmission of Information

The intellectual property, opinion/recommendation/reports provided to the Client by the Analyst is the exclusive property of the Analyst, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights to the Client or any other person or entity. All Services provided under this Agreement are the proprietary and confidential property of the Analyst and cannot be shared in any manner with any third party without prior written consent.

The Client agrees not to repeat or rebroadcast in any way any of the Services received under this Agreement provided by the Analyst for any reason whatsoever. Both Parties will not disclose or use for any purpose other than contemplated in this Agreement confidential information about the other without the prior written consent of the other Party.

Both parties agree to undertake online conciliation and/or online arbitration by participating in the ODR Portal and/or undertaking dispute resolution in the manner specified in the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”
